The CyberCop Team at The ESP Group is proud of the exciting features of the CyberCop Portal. Some of these features include:

Library

Enhanced Library functionality that allows for multiple administrators over a library category, separate access control lists for subcategories, ability to edit document titles and descriptions after they have been uploaded and the ability to toggle the Revision Control System on and off. In addition, the interface has been upgraded for consistency and ease of use.

Forum Discussions

Enhanced Forum Discussion layout with more consistent interface and increased functionality to include the ability to subscribe to forums (not just threads) and a new ‘My Forums’ area to see only areas of interest.

Single Sign On

New Single Sign On capability that allows users to have one username and password to access multiple ESP Portals (provided users have approved accounts on more than one ESP system.)

Full Site Search

Coming in first quarter 2006, the Full Site Search capability will allow users to search across all core tools and all data simultaneously by key word. The Search feature will search date, title, author and actual content (including attachments).

CyberCop Website

Coming second quarter 2006, a public CyberCop website will be launched to provide public information on CyberCop as well as high level information on participants, capabilities and information on how to become a member.

The CyberCop Portal is now in use by over 10,000 participants and is pleased to include HTCIA amoungst the participating entities. In order to maintain the quality of content and relevancy of data, we are also requiring users to log into the portal at least once every six months and to maintain updated contact information to remain active.

If you have any questions or if you need training on the capabilities, please feel free to contact our Help Desk, which is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm EST, at 804-744-8800 or by email at helpdesk -at- espgroup.net.
